It provides a very timely look at today's workplace, with specifics on navigating its choppy waters to find employment opportunities. The chapters on networking and its importance are especially useful and though-provoking - making people like me (who does not like to network!) inspired to get on the wagon. The book is chock full of concrete ideas and strategies for positioning and preparing yourself for a successful job hunt. While it includes all of the topical websites and services that you would expect in any good book on job hunting, it is the author's strong emphasis on personal marketing and branding that make this book really stand out. You will definitely come away from it feeling inspired and even excited about the journey ahead.
