(More customer reviews)This book promises an overview and keeps that promise. However, I found that the author could have left a lot of commonplaces and irrelevant knowledge unwritten. Was it really necessary to mention Freud? I was repeatedly wondering if there was anything to be learned from that book at all, other than how to give no new information at all in many words. For example under "practical matters" the reader learns, that working conditions are not always ideal.
I was hoping for some ideas and inspiration I could use in my own work, but, sadly, I did not find that in David Edwards' book.
