(More customer reviews)Conor once again creates the essence of what makes a great read. First is the entertaining story, which is delightfully humorous and just plain fun to read. But the more rewarding adventure is in the deeper second level. He is spot-on in detailing the issues, that roller coaster ride, that confronts anyone in transition, and teaches with verve, the necessary skills to overcome the challenges in finding your next great opportunity. And Conor wastes no time in getting to the point. In the Prologue, he states that "these eight building blocks will help the job seeker become more productive and engaged". Engaged is the operative word. It's the Rosetta Stone to Conor's insight of the subject. Whether this is your first experience in transition, or facing the experience all over again, this is a must-read, and needs to an essential part of your reference library. Following his advice will not only take months off your search, but will make the journey a far better experience for you - and your family!
