If they cannot write a business plan, then they will never achieve success in there business. I have never found a concise book that details each business plan section until I bought this book. I highly encourage all my clients to buy this book (or another book from Upstart Business Consulting Group depending on my client's business) before they begin writing their plan. My clients who have used this (or another Upstart book) have consistently had well written business plans. It is clearly written, informative without being overly detailed and it walks the reader step-by-step through the business plan writing process. If you are new to writing a business plan you should have this book.
