(More customer reviews)The author has asked me to do a review on this book. At first I was skeptical of his successes. He claims to have made $100,000 by the time he reached 16 years of age. My personal succes has proved that this book is not anothertheory-based book, but a book that can actually have a major impact when applied. I was struggling with a 9-5 job and I was always living paycheck to paycheck on my mortgage. Then I had met the author through an internet forum, and I had talked to him over chat and email. It was 2007, and I hardly had any money, and he was offering consultation coaching service for personal motivation. He calls it "God's-driven action" that has motivated him to help as many people as possible to succeed in life. The author has been the most inspiring figure in my life, and I can say he is the most down to earth, and helpful person anyone can ever expect to meet. I was surprised to recently learn that he is only 17 years old (at the time of writing this).He writes from absolute credibility, and he certainly comes from a lot of experience. He claims he made a high amount of money. I hardly believed him. The book details many interesting concepts that I hardly encounter in my daily life. For my employer and school never taught me these principles. The first example was goal setting. I didn't believe it was true, and I was highly skeptical. I thought it was the "new mind age" theories, and I was highly resistant to the idea. But since I was sick and tired of my job, I decided to give it a try. The first principle of his book, he taught me that:1. Getting Rich was Posible I hardly believed it because I was struggling with my work and there was aboslutely NO hope for advancement. He would say: 2. Nothing is stopping you from succeeding (His second chapter) So everyday, I wrote my goals down (and at the time, my goal was to get out of the $40,000 debt I was in), and I posted it on the wall, and read it during night and day. I read it religously like the bible, before I woke up and FIRST thing before I went to sleep. I did this for six months straight without a break in the days. Then, as if almost by magic, an opportunity arose. Our manager was hired to another company and it was my opportunity to present to the boss of the company why I would make a good manager. The author told me 3. Persistence is the Key (3rd chapter of the book) I didn't really know what it meant, but I was so well prepared for the opportunity that I felt it was my destiny to get the job. I presented to my boss sales pitch after reading many self help books on persuassion. Then when I finally had a chance to pitch to him, it turns out he decided to hire someone else! I was crushed. And then my mentor states: 4. Everything happens for a reason (4th chapter) I didn't want to believe it. How can something so negative like this happen and how will I benefit from it? The author describes numerous instances of his failures, or barriers, and how something positive was derived from it. He states how it's "attitude" and he explains in scientific terms why one is always bound to encounter barriers. As a result of new management, I was forced to leave my job. This was the most depressing point in my life. I knew absolutely no alternative, and I couldn't see how anything could get better. I searched for a new job and had unemployment for over nine months. I still believed in the principles as described in the book, and I actively practiced the secrets mentioned in the paragraphs as practiced by the author. My children was home one day, and they mentioned how the school needed help because of some technical errors with the servers and they couldn't fix it and it was causing a downtime which prevented students from retrieving their grades. So I decided to take a look and fix it, since I had nothing much to do during that time. During the time I fixed it, I stumbled upon an idea. I fixed it with relative ease, and soon other schools were having the same issue and they were contacting me for help. I realized that, the solution was easy, yet no one could figure out how to fix it. I learned the basics of incorporation, for I needed to handle tax for transportation and starting charging a small fee to take a look at servers. Soon, I was being recommended to universities, professional institutions, financial centers, pharmaceutical companies. One thing would lead to another, and I was able to solve a specific error in the database that no one else could solve. I developed an efficent method that prevented the same problems from happening again, and licensed the technology at a yearly license. I soon hired employees and taught them the method, and a sales team to give free diagnostics to companies across the country, and they would always spot a problem and show them how the problem could cause several millions of dollars in loss revenue if it wasn't fixed. By then I had perfected my ability to make convincing pitches. The day that the happiest moment in my life, was when I had reached my one millionth dollar in sales contract, and I knew my life has permanantly turned around for the better. My kids were able to enjoy more time with me since I was no longer having to work as hard. My wife and I spent more time together since she quit her work. I was able to go sailing for the first time in my life and for our last vacation trip we were able to go visit the appalachian mountains. Before that we could never find any time due to the busy work schedule. I would like to conclude that the principles in these books are genuine and sound. If one follows them, I have no doubt they can achieve financial independence. I used to have doubt in these techniques, but when I had nothing to lose I gave them a try, and soon, everything was falling into place. Now, I understood why those negative events happened to me, and I see that it was merely god's plans to put me in a better position in life. This book is worth a look, as the price is very little compared to the benefits that can be gained. If you can not buy it, at least borrow it from a friend and read it. It is guaranteed to change your life.
