It looks easy to follow and gives you a lot of the WHO, WHEN, WHERE and HOW instead of just telling you WHAT to do. The detail she provides is well worth the investment. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I just paid $47 dollars for this in the form of an ebook online (My first impression was, "This is a little pricey"). Seriously, just less than an hour ago.
I happen to surf the internet for some of the resources the author list in her book and came across this item here on amazon and realized it is the exact same book for almost half the cost. So if you are wondering if you should make the purchase - go for it! This is a bargain relative to what I just paid for mine.

If I could just add some more tips; the skills that employers are looking for in an outsourced bookkeeper are someone who is bright, trained in accounting and bookkeeping and is open to learn more. Also, before you apply, you should research first the kind of accounting on wherever country the employer is. With this, you are one step ahead from the other applicants because employers don't really expect to find someone who can do accounting in their local country.
