(More customer reviews)I have read many of the latest social media marketing books out there and have found that they present the topic at too high a level. They seem to try and convince you that social media is the next big thing in marketing. For those of us that have been out there and seeing firsthand that social media is taking over, we need a book with a little more meat. A book that starts to get down into the nuts and bolts of how to use social media marketing in your organization and give you some firepower to convince upper management. Marketing 2.0 is this book! @mdlorey
