I was looking for a resource really walk through the Android development process. This book was really great in laying out a high level overview from the beginning so I knew where I was going before getting into the details. It provided a great map to follow- the supporting chapters had the detail to really get into the application development process - I particularly appreciated the great SDK chapters which were essential in shaping the best approach to building my application. Finally the Android Application chapters really made sense and gave a great perspective on real world application development. I am just getting into the blue tooth and other maturing platform topics. This is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a solid reference to flatten the learning curve of Android and come away with actual tools and approaches that really work!
