Huge in such a way that he resembles a Multi-Million dollar Real Estate corporation on two legs. Tony is a powerhouse of information. But that is not what this book is about, this book is LESS about Tony Alvarez and MORE about YOU. How YOU can achieve your dreams and goals. How YOU can plan for success and how YOU can implement the systems to get you there.
Tony walks you through the process of what it takes not only to get started in the real estate game but what it takes to come back from not one but two bankruptcies. He is the epitome of the "comeback kid" but he is not a kid so he is more like the "comeback adolescent".
If I had to had to describe Uncle Tony in one word it would be `LOVE'. Because that is what he dishes out. In his business; his relationships; his friendships; his attention to detail; his unmatched integrity; his knowledge of the industry it all comes back to love. And i'm not talking about that fluff stuff, he truly cares about your success.
I have been using the Tony Alvarez model for the last two years and have achieved my financial independence and I definitely wont stop listening to him until I get closer to that end of the rainbow stuff, you know what I'm talking about, yes FINANCIAL FREEDOM.
Damn i'm glad I read this book.
