The objective is to optimize my websites so that they show up on the first page of Google Searches. Google searches account for about 80% of all web searches. It is important to come up early and often on Google searches. It's like taking a full page ad out in the yellow pages.
The idea in setting up web based businesses is to not spend money. So, this had to be a DIY project.
This book showed me how to optimize my website so that my business information shows up in the top searches when customers from my area do a Google search.
The book is how-to format, I just followed the book page for page. It was some work, but I'm in the game, and I did it in one day. The book works, home run. JB
