So, who is this book for really?
YOU, if you don't understand the importance of Social Media yet, that is.
If YOU DO "get it", then give this book to your boss or someone you know that probably still doesn't "get it"! Just slip it on their desk one morning or sneak it into their backpack. They'll thank you for it afterwards!
Jason and Erik do a great job of busting a lot of myths about what social media can and can't do for you and it will open your eyes to the right way to manage your social presence online. PERIOD! The example stories alone are great and really drive home the differences between companies that "get it" and those that "don't"!
Let's face it...you've GOT to protect your brand online!!
While we'd like to think that everyone "likes" us, the fact is the loudest people are THOSE THAT DON'T!!! Do you know how to handle a FLAME WAR about YOU or YOUR BRAND in the social media space?
What would you do if you woke up one morning to a tirade of negativity towards your brand? Yup, F-Bombs and all!!!
