Cons: The information in this book is very general. For instance, they say "You need to check with local, state, and federal agencies to determine if there are any licenses you need prior to starting operations." I think it would help if they gave specific examples, for instance, in California you will need a Qualified Applicator's License from the California Department of Pesticide Regulations, and a Pest Control Business License if you are going to control outdoor pests. Never did they mention getting permits from the County's Ag Division. All states are different, but stuff like this should be mentioned.
Basically, they made general instructions on how to make a business plan and plugged in the word pest control every once in awhile and gave it that title.
If you're looking for specific information on how to start a pest control business don't waste your money here. If you do buy it, at least buy the kindle version and save yourself fifteen dollars. Download the kindle software to your PC if you don't have a kindle.
