I have read this book twice and taken extensive notes and my practice has started implementing a lot of the ideas. I have owned practices for the past 15 years and this is the information that will take them to that next level that I was never able to get to before.
I highly recommend this book for any veterinary practice owner or practice manager. It gives the marketing strategies that they never talk about in the veterinary journals and tells you how to use Social Media and Direct Marketing to its fullest extent.
