The unglamorous world of cleaning making a spectacular return. But to do that we need the nitty gritty aspects of running a business, and this book has it in spades. It's more than just well-written inspiration, it's a very, very thorough guide. There's so much I got from this, but for now here's two tasters: 1. creating a business that has no products except service and 2. don't employ family and friends. Here's a guy who knows his mops and dusters. If you've got the will and the energy, get the detail and buy this book!
