This book discusses the problems relating to girls and technology. Some of the problems include: how there are few positive role models in the technology field, how girls are not encouraged to take math, science and technology courses, and how many school technology enhanced projects are gender neutral or male oriented. This book also explores many ways to encourage and educate girls regarding technology.
I would recommend this book for educators especially those in the technology field. It addresses and gives good suggestions on how to help girls reach their full potential in our technological world.
